a year agoWe tried twice on two different days. We rang the bell, no one came. To no avail. What I could see looked interesting.

5 years agoEvery year my grandson comes for a visit, and we go to the Farm Museum. David loves hearing the stories about the old farm equipment and how they were used.

5 years agoWe called ahead of time to ask if the museum was open, to which the owner Bob gave a surprised yes. We hadn't realized until after the tour when signing his guestbook, but we were his first guests since at least November! He was happy to open up the museum and share his immense knowledge of history (both of farming and home life) with an easy to follow familiarity as it relates to his family. We will definitely be back!

8 years agoThe gentleman who gave us the tour was very attentive and patient. He answered all my kids' questions and even joked around with them. He encouraged hands on where it was okay and very gently said no when hands on wasn't ideal. He took a good 2 hrs to show us around and tell stories and facts, and it's only a $5 donation to get in. But no card reader, so bring cash. And there's these awesome little button pins for souvenirs for $1. We had such a good time.

7 years agoWe were going to Canada and I didnt even know that we were going to stop by a museum. Bob the guy who owns the place is very welcoming, he told us where he is from and a lot more about him, it made me feel like i was home. He let us play with the kittens he had and they dont bite or scratch. He welcomed us in and showed the history of farming and the past. When we left, we left him with a smile.☺
