a year agoI took my daughter to the Scottish Highland Games for the first time last week, and we had a blast! The parade was great, the games were awesome, and the food was top notch. Her favorite was the kids area where the kids can try all the games and get they're faces painted. We can't wait to go back next year!

3 years agoWe are long time attendees and members. We have been glad to see the event grow. However, this year, the wonderful event appears to have outgrown itself and not be able to provide the experience to the attendees. It took 40 to 45 minutes just to get down route 16 in either direction to get into the even entrance. . We joked that we felt like we were parking in Palatka in order to walk into the event. It has been getting overly crowded too much for the limited space where the event is held. The lines for food had extremely long wait times and there was no or very limited seating on where to eat, as compared to prior years. We love the event but the growth has been a double-edged sword for the attendee experience in a negative way.
