Oak Orchard Canoe & Kayak was exactly what I was looking for. I take 2 yearly canoe camping trips and I was in the market for a better boat after a few years with cheap used gear. I went to Oak Orchard after some time on the internet looking at places I could actually go sit in a boat and feel it out, Cabelas, Dick’s, had absolutely nothing for quality gear. As soon as I pulled up to Oak Orchard I knew I was in the spot. Mark met me at the door and dropped what he was doing to help me move boats around and give insight that I truly appreciated from someone who had used all ranges of equipment I could tell. I ended up in a better boat for my budget and where I am in my camping tenure. Mark was not a pushy used car salesman, he was a perfect guide to the right boat for me within my budget and to fit my usage. I’m not one to review , but I’m in the customer service business so when I am genuinely impressed with care and service people should know about it. Please support this business! Happy paddling!

I like that they have a pond so that you can try before you buy. I purchased my kayak here in 2016 and it is still in good condition. I’ve also purchased a load bar, car rack and more from this location. They are friendly and easy to work with. I feel as if some things may be over priced but it’s a small business with good customer service so I keep going back.

They are truly experts with Kayak, I was looking for a rudder for an old model of Ocean Kayak Zest Two Exp 16Ft which no longer exists and therefore it became difficult to find a Rudder kit but very easily with 2 photos of the back of the Kayak, one email and one phone call, Todd sent me a complete rudder kit corresponding to my kayak with instructions and descriptions of each part in small pockets carefully made by them themselves. This shows that they are conscientious and professional. I followed the instructions and in one afternoon I installed my complete rudder kit. Total satisfaction from order taking to delivery! I had already purchased equipments a few years ago for another model of kayak, so I recommend Oak Orchard. Excellent service Robert went out of his way to find the product I needed and returned my call very quickly to let me know he had what I wanted. The item was packed the next business day, and I had my order the next day. the item arrived packed perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be working with these guys the next time I need something for my Kayak.

Good communication, friendly people and great product. They were the only company that would set me up with a single front rack for my truck, combined with a rear set up rack. Couldn't believe how well my package was wrapped. It took me close to an hour to gain access to the inside. There was nothing happening to that product during shipment!
