a week agoPeaceful little gem park in the neighborhood of downtown sj. No restroom or waterfountain. Pretty clean and plenty of seating. Nice little get away out of the house or for a stroll of fresh air and then take a break. Have a snack or lunch with 711 near by an if you want something closer, there's a little mini mart just across the street on the corner. The owner there is very nice also.

a year agoRelatively small and quiet place for a Saturday morning we visited. Residential area around the park. Few structures for kids to play but no swings. Sand play is fun. Tables and seating around the park. Parking only on street .

2 years agoTo be honest I only stopped here to use the public restrooms. Which are clean and safe. The park has an area for kids and a large grassy field that's kept in great condition. They also have a community pool which offers swimming lessons for people of all ages. I like the neighborhood too. I feel safe here and will definitely be back.

4 years agoI give this place 4 stars because there has never been at least a small bathroom and swings installed ever and I lived in san jose for 7 yrs. There's plenty of grass it's near stores to get ice cream or treats for the kids. Quiet these days due to covid scare. It's still a decent park. Nice and clean. Only in the past there was too many homeless people that would act crazy and cause me to leave early with my kids.

5 years agoIt's the type of park where a bunch of for just sit at all day. I didn't see any children, tho, there is an ok playground... Just don't let ya kids play on it, because, I wouldn't be surprised if there were hyperdermic needles scattered about.
