It's a very short trail, a long the side of the Rd. Beautifully paved nice but too short for a real hike. Parking is on the street Their might be a longer non paved trail. It would be nice to loop this trail

Definitely a hidden gem. Great for a social distance meetup. Trail is about half a mile end to end and could be considered easy to moderate. No major climbing and a lot of canopy cover. Small children had a blast and did not get tired. At one end is an open plaza / meditation area. Ideal for a book club or just some quiet time. Parking is a bit tricky. Apartment complex across the street has visitor parking but I wouldn't chance it. Try closer to Briar Vista elementary but not in its parking lot. Overall, great experience for a 30-minute respite.

Love this trail so much - very short and easy, but surprisingly peaceful for its location. We’ve been walking it since before Oldcastle worked on it and were/remain astonished by how much work and love the Oldcastle volunteers put into this little trail. Wonderful any time of year, but particularly beautiful in the spring and fall (although the tree canopy makes it one of the coolest outdoor spaces around in the summer!)

Beautiful nature trail in the heart of the city. There are a few different trails you can take, and all are clearly marked.
