a month agoGreat time with easier to challenging courses. Only get to ride the long zipline one time. There are kids courses, so don't force them on the bigger course because you just clog up traffic. Last climbers are let in around noon to finish within 3 hours.

a month ago100/10! Definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone. I did all four routes and the big zipline was absolutely amazing. I think to do the red route without struggling too much you have to be some what physically fit as it definitely is challenging after having done the other three routes. Drink water and make sure you eat enough before starting this.

a week agoI took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we had a blast! Check in process was easy and quick. The safety portion was prompt and really helpful. There is enough freedom where the instructors aren't breathing down your back but you are still in a safe, controlled environment. The courses were extremely fun and interesting. Some were quite difficult but still very possible. You can get rescued at any time. My boyfriend made it through all the courses and the last one was his favorite. I did get rope burn (which is not crazy bc it's a rope course), and it was completely my fault because they give you precautions in the safety lecture (so pay attention to them lol). We got the unlimited water option which i definitely recommend. There is also an option to watch from the ground and you can see everything really well. There was a ton of shade which was amazing and we left with no bug bites which was impressive. Overall takeway: it is such a fun unique activity and I would definitely recommend

a month agoThey were able to accommodate my party of 6 last minute. I had my three minor sons and my niece with me. Some of us had zip lined before, & my oldest son had rope course experience from church camps. This place is predominantly rope courses, & the majority of the adult courses are very challenging. Chris does an excellent job being as thorough as possible in explaining safety & basic procedures before you start. He is patient & encouraging. However you are on your own once you begin these courses. There are guides around that will help if needed. You want anyone except Jake. Jake is rude. He's arrogant, condescending, & seems to want you to quit. He threatens that if he has to rescue you, you are done with all activities. Nobody checks him, & if you speak up, like we did, it only gets worse. Had he not been a part of my family's experience, we definitely would consider doing this again. Thank you to Rachel & Maddie also for great customer service. Dave apologized for Jake & offered my son an ice cream because he was crying. Only my oldest son completed all the courses. He is an athlete, & it was not easy for him. Definitely consider the junior course if you don't have a lot of practice with rope courses. There are a few zips that are pleasant but difficult to land. I personally could not pull my body weight up onto the platform & therefore was banned from the rest of the courses.

3 months agoFun treks. Very low staffed. Went there at 11. Took almost an hour from check in to getting gear to getting instructions. And then we were never told that 2:15 is the deadline for going onto harder level treks. Being a first timer and with a big group, it took almost 2 hours for 2 levels and then we were not allowed to get on the higher ones. Not fair. We had 8 yr old kids in our group and there was no one to help or assist them. They were literally on their own. Upon complaining at the end, they were nice enough to give coupons for some people to come back and do higher levels for free.
