a year agoAwful staff. Terrible communication. Young girls running everything and cut the children's play time 15 minutes early. I spoke with the manager but he did not offer any compensation.

2 years agoTerrible experience! We showed up because my daughter wanted to climb the wall, only to be told it was closed because the place was short-staffed. Also, half of the kids didn’t have a bracelet (didn’t pay to get in) which made the bouncy houses crowded and dangerous.
