Peterson Park Gymnastics Center

This place is the worst. Sent my daughter here for Twinkle Toes Gymnastics and they do not care. I understand I’m paying $63 for mediocrity service since it’s the Park District but save the money. To start they had this really nice, motivated woman instructor the first two classes. She did the moves, stretches and class with the kids. Replaced by an older man who basically made them run in circles. 45 min of water breaks, talking. During the class staff used a shop vac to clean so you couldn’t hear what the instructor was saying. Cancelled classes & didn’t get a phone call.Just THE WORST.

The 2 coaches Years ago they would take the gymnastics upstairs and waste time gossiping with each other. They had the little girls stretch for 20 minutes and not even bother talking to them , but only to each other . It was horrible and then when they came downstairs pretended to be friendly and nice. I got suspicious and snuck upstairs to see , and sure enough , just like I said. They caught me and said "don't come up here again , because your a distraction to the girls ." Ya right, didn't sign my girls there again, hopefully they fixed this issue .

Grandson has been going there for the last 6 years, loves it.

Reasonable rates, and the staff are wonderful
