6 years agoAn experience unlike any other. For four days I was surrounded by beautiful music and people, and was able to create memories that I wouldn't trade for anything. The Philadelphia Folk Festival is something that I feel everyone should experience at least once, for after that one time you're not going to be able to go without.

8 years agoIt's a great place to go out for a weekend to enjoy the outdoors. It is really cool just to walk around and see the different little set ups that everyone has. Some people have these magnificent tents set up. They also have a section where you can walk and there are a bunch of tents set up where you can buy little things. They have a concert everynight. I wouldn't say this is a kid friendly place though. There is a lot of smoking and alchohol passed around, and they have a river by the camp ground where people skinny dip. Some people are dressed in skimpy clothing. It I definitly a place for a more adventurous person.
