We had our son’s birthday party there and they exceeded our expectations. We had one of the parties where you could rent the entire facility which was perfect for the number of people who were invited. The party hosts were helpful from the moment we walked in until we left. The hosts helped set up, and even made announcements for food and cake which was great. Super attentive staff, clean place and to book a party was so easy. They follow up with you a week before to solidify a head count and discuss food options. They’re very transparent about every detail and so kind through it all! We had compliments from all of the guests - kids and adults a like had a blast! Highly recommend for not only parties, but open bounce time too.

Update: since they responded.. I appreciate the feedback! We loved what it use to be! But now it’s a massive jump area suited for older kids… they gave us no warning and charged us for our one year old… a warning would have been nice that it is more suited for older kids.. they do have an area INSIDE of the inflatable that is suited for 4 and under. Just not a separate bounce houses anymore. I also understand they have to keep track of who comes and goes. If you have older kids it’s so worth it! My 5 year old loves it here! It’s been our go to over any trampoline park! We appreciate this place and the staff and the very affordable prices. We use to love coming here with all of our kids! I hope maybe in the future they open another location again(maybe suited towards toddlers… I’d definitely go a ton!) . We mamas need a place for toddlers! 💙

Hands down five stars!!!! My 2 boys love Planet Bounce! What better place then to let them get out boy energy jumping and bouncing around. Rain or shine, run don’t walk.

Last weekend we had our son’s birthday party! The kids had a blast, the staff was attentive and so helpful, and another parent even decided to have her son’s party there too because it’s very affordable. Highly recommend for a birthday party!

We just had my son’s 6th birthday there this past weekend and everything literally was wonderful. We rented the entire space and we were allowed to customize the party area to fit his theme. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and to help in any and every way possible. We had children as young as 1 to 13 years old and every child enjoyed them selves. (Even some dads too) If they weren’t bouncing, they occupied the arcade area. And everyone was happy. All the families had such a great time and let us know afterwards that their child(ren) had a blast. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had somewhere around 45-50 people and because there is several areas of play everyone was comfortable. Leading up to the party, Jen the coordinator was in contact with me to go over last minute details and they were great in accommodating my wishes. My other children now want their birthday parties there as well. :D I highly recommend.
