Planet Party

We have had two parties with planet party and have been thrilled both times. This particular location was superb in every aspect of our event. Nina was our host and she was absolutely incredible. She was proactive, and extremely attentive from the moment we arrived. She helped us unload, set up, tear down, and she was available for any assistance as needed. She was kind, and respectful and really went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was flexible and never made us feel rushed. We will be back to this location with special request for her as our attendant again. The venue was clean, smelled nice, and bathrooms were well kept. The games were all in working order and they have a wide variety for ALL ages. We highly recommend booking with Planet Party.

February of 2024 we booked my daughters 1st birthday party at this location for May of 2024. My dad wanted to pay and did it in advance so that way it would be taken care of. Unfortunately the week of her birthday her dad took her from my home when he came for a visit and we were in a custody battle. I did not have my daughter for a week and did not even know where she was as he would not tell me. I understand the business has a no refund policy but still sent at email explaining the situation and that it was an extenuating circumstance that I of course did not plan for. They replied informing me they don't offer refunds so I then asked if the credit could be just put on our account for now to use at a later time because at the time I had no idea when I would get her back. Once again their reply was we do not offer refunds. After this I asked if someone could please call me as their phone number lead to nothing but an automated message. I wanted to talk to a real person to explain the situation because maybe my email was confusing as it was a hard week. That never happened so we had to cancel the party and the almost $400 my dad had payed was gone. I understand i'm writing this review a year later but it was a hard and long battle and it feels like life is barely starting to settle down. I simply wish I could have spoken to a member of the team instead of getting the same reply multiple times and could have been shown some compassion for what was a horrible situation for my family.

Yesterday was my first experience at Planet Party and they have gained a continuous customer ! The crew was so amazing. Truly they took so much stress out of my day. David was my attendant and he was so funny and courteous. They helped with setting up, did all the clean up ! They even helped with taking things to the car. The venue it self was very sizable and comfortable. It was clean upon arriving and they helped keep it clean the whole time. Truly I was so happy and my guest all loved it as well. It was a nice and different experience to have the place to just those you invite and freedom knowing everyone there. Beautiful, safe, fun place. I am beyond happy with my decision to have had my daughters first birthday there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! (I wish I got better pictures but I was enjoying my experience)

We had a great experience in planet Party, the owner is very responsive and professional, the manager is very attentive on helping us stay on schedule and helping unload for a fast set up, even ready to light the candle so we wouldn’t have to be scrambling for a lighter. They have 2 back wall boards for an area for you to decorate your way for pictures. The kids don’t need tokens for the arcade, there are areas for kids different ages. We loved the place and would recommend it. Is very clean. Is very spacious so we did not feel crowded in a small room.

Im a party planner and give this place 5 stars !! I had my sons 1st birthday here , such a great experience. Place was super clean all of the amenities were super cool. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be recommending this place to all of my clients.
