Planet Party

We celebrated my 6 year old at planet party. We’ve been celebrating it since she was 1! It’s always been a great place, the venue is so fun and inclusive to all age gaps! The assistants are very quick helping with setups and clean up. Made things super easy in a very stressful situation.

Terrible service, overpriced, RUDE, they rush you. It is not worth it for how much they are charging. Ruined my daughter’s 5th bday. The host started taking the table cloths off the tables with my guest still sitting down and a hour left into the party. Was not allowed to cut my cake or Open any presents not even 2-3 gifts even though we still had plenty of time to do so. My daughter was so sad and was crying. Not only is it impossible to speak to an actual person for any questions or booking, once they finally do email back the owner or whoever is replying is so rude. For $200 an hour, you get a party host rushing you, I was running around trying to make sure all my guests ate before we sang happy bday and he asked me about 7-8 times if we could cut the cake already I was so polite till the last time I asked him if I could just go up to him when I was ready to sing happy birthday. After my daughter wanted to open 2-3 gifts from her classmates in front of them & the host said no we couldn’t and packed up all the gifts to push to the front of building even though we still had the place booked until 7 pm!! I couldn’t even slice my small 8 inch cake to pass out!! 😡😡😡 just cupcakes. We had plenty of time to cut a tiny cake and take about three minutes to open up the gifts her friends had gave my daughter. Ridiculous!!! I ended up telling some family to meet up after the party to open her gifts which I recorded and only took 11 minutes to open ALL the gifts she received, so imagine making a 5 yr old cry because you couldn’t let her open 2 gifts on her birthday while I STILL HAD THE PLACE RENTED FOR ANOTHER 35 MINUTES.

The party turned out so great we LOVED Planet Party so much!!! It truly is the best place to have a party!❤️ All my guests were able to enjoy themselves with games for all ages 😊 I wanted to really commend my attendant Fred he was absolutely PHENOMENAL!❤️ He was so polite and so helpful, he helped me every step of the way. He assisted me with everything and was always so attentive. Planet Party truly has the best attendant and for my future parties I definitely would want Fred as my attendant again 😊 The whole venue was the best and Fred truly made the whole experience the best! My family and I thank him so much and I hope this message gets to him 😊 Planet Party is the BEST!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had my daughters birthday party on sep 3rd at Planet Party and it ran very smoothly! All of my guests enjoyed all of the games from adults to babies. The person that was there to help me was absolutely helpful! She was present and did not make us feel like we had to hurry. Everything was clean and sanitized. I really like that there was so much table space! Only thing was that they did not allow a piñata but at the end of the day it is better because the kids get to play more!

This is the second party we have had with Planet Party and second facility, and both experiences were amazing! Having the entire venue allows for all of the flexibility we need to have such fun and amazing parties! Highly recommend! We used their black light neon lights accommodation and had the most amazing neon glow party!
