Was in the area for a short trip and needed a place for the kids to let out some energy. The Play Day Cafe was perfect! We got there at open so it wasn't very busy which I preferred. I had two little ones on my own so I appreciated the toddler area being in the same line of sight as the big kid area so I could keep my eye on both kids. The place was extremely clean, had family friendly music for the kids and a good amount of seating for adults. Lots of different things for kids of all ages. They had cubbies at the front and asked us to put our shoes there so we didn't track dirt or water into the play area. Socks are required everywhere inside as well. I was able to climb up in the equipment as well when needed to go down the slide with my niece who was afraid to go on her own. There was a snack area as well, although we didn't eat anything during our visit. The staff was extremely nice and helpful as well. My only recommendation to improve would be to make the gate to the front entrance lock so kids can't get out it on their own.

I went to this facility with a family member to support her child’s birthday and PlayDay Cafe is not cleaned properly. Making parents pay just to enter when I child is of age to go through obstacles alone is ridiculous. it’s overall a place that needs to be shut down for a thorough cleaning that will include the carpet and chairs as well. The amount of money you spend here you she definitely be able to at least sit in a clean chair. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

WARNING - RIP OFF!!! They charge way too much for adults ($8.99) as well as $5 to bring in cup cakes for a birthday. The overpriced food sucks (see pictures). A 12oz. Can of coke is $3 ??? I'd recommend finding a better deal in an easier to get to location. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Never bringing my 7 grandkids here again. Bathrooms also disgusting (I won't post pics of that mess)

DO NOT COME HERE! We came today (2/22/25) at 10:08am and first issue was not being greeted by staff. Staff was very standoffish, which is not a good first impression of the facility. Upon paying, we were not told any Information on how the play area was set up/ nor any info about the cafe. Again, the staff member that assisted me was rude. Second issue: The area to walk inside is also the area where guests come in; as it is winter- your socks are wet before you even get inside the play area. The third issue: the large and small jungle play areas have thick layers of dust and dirt on the cushions surrounding the metal play structure- which lets customers know that they do NOT clean nor disinfect their play areas for the children. The fourth issue: the toys in general (excluding the wiggle cars) are extremely old, worn down, and peeling- making the high prices of this place- not worth it. Why would you pay $8.99 for an adult, and $18.99 for one child for dirty and old play equipment? Fifth issue: the cafe prices are ridiculous. They have a snack pack for children which includes a very tiny bag of goldfish, fruit cup, and apple sauce- for the price of $10. Completely not worth it for such small items. An absolutely horrible experience- I do NOT recommend. We left at 10:34am- we could not stay any longer (we stayed less than 30minutes) and decided to just eat the $28 we paid for.

4 stars because my kid had a blast but this place is insanely over priced. I was absolutely shocked they charge not only for adults but for INFANTS. What is the point of charging for a newborn sibling at a play place?? The food and drinks were also priced really high(and I’m comparing to like the natural history museum cafe lol). Overall it seemed clean but some of the stuff is definitely showing its age, especially in the small toddler area. The toddler area is cute but it’s really small and I can’t imagine paying $28 to just stay in that one spot (everywhere else had signs saying it was for 3-12yr olds). So if that’s all they expect 2 yr olds to do I think it’s pretty wild they don’t tell parents that before they pay. No one was monitoring the play area though and there was definitely 2 yr olds playing on everything so maybe it’s just something they have to say but don’t enforce. At the end of the day though we did have a fun time and my son was SO happy. He did not ever want to leave. If the price was more in line with other play areas we’d probably make the trip to come again but it’s just too expensive once you add in paying for the adults and no discount for siblings.
