Play Factory and Cafe

Cannot say enough good things about the Play Factory! We have been several times and ended up throwing our son’s 2nd birthday party there. He always has a great time and the birthday party went so smoothly! The owner was great to work with and helped us troubleshoot our decorations when things didn’t go as planned. It turned out great!

I can not recommend the play factory and cafe enough! We had my daughter’s 4th birthday here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and the place is so clean! Bre is fantastic she had everything set up for my party when we got there. She did a fabulous job on decor. I did not have to worry about anything the day of, and the party ran so smoothly. I highly recommend the play cafe for parties or if you’re looking for an indoor play place to bring your kiddos!

My 5 year old son and my 1 year old daughter had the absolute best time today at the Easter event! They made personalized totes for them and they enjoyed a egg hunt and Easter crafts. First time coming to this Play Factory and it was everything and more. The whole family had so much fun! Definitely will be coming back! The owners were the sweetest people.

I was driving from Charleston, SC to Destin, Fl with my 1 and 2 yos. I needed somewhere they could stretch their legs and have fun, that wasn't hours in the sun, before the second part of our trip. I made it just before 3 and we stayed until closing. My kids loved it! From books, puzzles and bikes to a playground, train set or supermarket - they enjoyed it all. Everything was super clean and it was nonstop fun for my kids. I had a dirty chai and my kids had chocolate milk. Such a wonderful place and definitely something that was super useful for a traveling family! Definitely recommend to anyone with busy toddlers

I can’t say enough great things about the Play Factory! The owner, Bre, is an absolute delight—her warm and welcoming energy makes everyone feel right at home. I was lucky to discover this gem when we first moved to Jax, and it has since become a place where we’ve made lifelong friends. It has also saved my butt when needing to get some work done - it’s so unique to be able to sit an on your laptop in a cafe setting while your little one plays safely within view, having the time of their life.
