💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →This venue is an excellent option for families looking for indoor entertainment, particularly on cold, rainy, or hot days.
- →To access the building, parents need to drive to the back.
- →It's particularly well-suited for families with children across different young age groups (e.g., an infant and a toddler) due to its specialized areas.
- →If you plan multiple visits or a party, inquire about membership or party packages for potential savings.
- →Expect an initial entry cost starting at $9 per child.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Some parents felt the actual size of the venue was smaller than depicted in promotional materials (e.g., Groupon sales videos), leading to a 'bamboozled' feeling.
- ⚠Uncertainty about whether adults are permitted or able to use amenities like the pool table and foosball, which are located in a separate section.
- ⚠A suggestion that the venue could make better use of its existing open space to enhance the play experience.
Price & Value
Entry cost is described as minimal, starting at $9 per child. The on-site café offers reasonably priced coffee, tea, and snacks. The availability of membership and party packages suggests options for increased value for frequent visitors or group events. Overall, it is considered a good value for a few hours of indoor entertainment, especially given the dedicated age-specific play zones and parent amenities.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs
- •No specific accessibility accommodations (e.g., wheelchair access, sensory-friendly hours) are explicitly mentioned in the reviews. However, the venue does feature a separately gated baby section, which can be beneficial for parents with infants.
🍎Food & Drink Policy
- •An on-site café offers coffee, tea, snacks, and drinks, which are noted as 'reasonably priced.' There is no specific information provided regarding whether outside food or beverages are permitted or prohibited.
🚗Parking Info
- •Access to the venue requires driving 'to the back of the building,' indicating that there are specific parking arrangements or a designated drop-off area. Further details on the number of parking spots or associated costs are not specified.
👥Crowd Levels
- •As a newly opened venue, it might initially experience fluctuating crowd levels. One review mentioned being among 'the last to be there' without indicating excessive crowding. There are no consistent reports of peak times or specific crowd levels, but multiple visits suggest it manages traffic well.
🛡️Safety Features
- •A primary safety feature is the 'separately gated baby section' (6 months to 2 years), providing a contained and safe environment for infants away from the more vigorous play of older children. While not detailed, the staff being described as 'wonderful' implies a well-managed and potentially supervised environment.
⏰When to Avoid
- • If you are expecting a vast, expansive play area as seen in some promotional videos, as some visitors found it to be smaller than anticipated.
- • If adults are specifically planning to utilize adult game amenities like a pool table or foosball, as their accessibility and adult-only status are not clearly defined.
- • If your children are primarily older than 9 years old, as the attractions are generally geared towards younger age groups.

3 years agoFirst time here, great experience event though we were the last to be there. My son had a blast at the train toys. There is a toddler area for I think 6 to 2yrs of age. My wife got her coffee fix at the café. They do offer snacks and drinks as well. I did see a pool table and a foosball but not sure if us adults would be able to use since its in another section. As far as seating, there is plenty of seating through the play area there is membership availability and party packages. In all my son had a blast. Please spread the word they are newly opened 🙏

6 years agoNice play area for kids ages 3 to 9. Thought the snake pit was a fun touch. They do have a snack area and lounge adult area. Cost is minimal starts at 9 dollars. Perfect for cold or rainy days. Will definitely come back. To get there you drive to the back of the building.

2 years agoWe love Play Kingdom! We have visited many times in the year that we have lived here. I currently have a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old. I love that there is a baby section (6 months to 2 years) that is separately gated so that my baby can do tummy time without kids running around her and I can still keep an eye on where my toddler is from the baby area. My 3 year old’s favorite is the play kitchen (even though we have one at home😆). There’s also little tables with puzzles, a train table, a smaller toddler play area and the play structure. For the parents, there’s a small coffee shop (they have some snacks for kids too) and plenty of seating for you to watch your kiddos run their energy out!

6 years agoThis place is ok but I feel bamboozled from the Groupon sales video they made it look much bigger than it really is. Both my boys liked it. They should utilize the rest of this open space and them ill go e them 5 ✨.
