Play Park MTX

My daughter & guests thoroughly enjoyed her birthday celebration! Us as parents also enjoyed the fact that the seating area was spacious and didn’t feel overly crowded. I also loved the fact that the play area had only 1 way in/out that creates a sense of peace for parents. The external entrance without having to go inside of Field House is also a major plus! Thank you PlayPark MTX for an amazing experience!

First time here for my kiddos 4th bday! It was such a great place! Staff was friendly!! Brooklyn was very helpful over the phone and in person. My host, Allison was very sweet. Taylor was just very informative and welcoming! Upon leaving, Mandy was just so kind and helpful when closing out. The owner himself i met , what a great guy. I do appreciate the atmosphere and i definitely will be back with my son! He LOVED IT! highly recommend! Such a safe place for the kids and parents!

What an awesome find for our sons 3rd birthday party. He absolutely loved this indoor playground and so did all of his friends. The staff was great to work with day of with no issues on setting up the decorations and tables and chairs. Very clean inside. Very Chaotic upon arrival and setting up 30 minutes early. It was hard to find a parking place, but it worked out great once our party time did start. We will be back!

Good indoor playground in Mansfield. We got entry for Free with Pogo Pass. Better than expected. Clean and well maintained 👍 My kids (4 ~ 10 years old) had lots of fun here. You should check the public open hours before heading out. They might close a little early for the event.

I live in Dallas and had a day planned in Mansfield, so I wanted to give my daughter a play stop between errands. I called 2 days in advance and specifically asked if any parties were planned or if we needed to reserve a space. I was told no parties and just come in. We pulled up today and couldn't find parking. Had to park in the Home store lot across the street. Walked in and we were told there were 3 parties in the morning and another 3 parties in the afternoon.... How could there be 6 planned parties in one day and the person I spoke to 2 days ago didn't know about them? How frustrating to bring a 3yo inside to play and have to walk right back out.. I've been told this is a great spot and I was excited to check it out, but probably won't come back. *Adding after their reply: Your response to my Facebook message didn't make sense because of the phone conversation I had the day before. I immediately replied "Thanks! I got a hold of someone yesterday who said there weren't any parties Saturday - did that change?" and didn't hear back. I felt the FB was more automated vs the live person I spoke to over the phone.
