a month agoTook the kiddo here today as we had a Friday off. It wasn't too busy and we played for a good few hours. Some of the stuff seemed better for a bit smaller than 7 but spent a ton of time in the air cannon room. Do wish the air cannons had like 10% more power since one side couldn't make it to the other side. The food was surprisingly good and they had beer, coffee, and different drinks.

3 months agoThis was a lovely experience. We went on a Sunday. Football and basketball were playing on the 2 screens in the food and tables area, Their menu options were limited but well balanced to please. The play structure was entertaining for a wide range of kids. I have nothing negative to say, but an improvement would be to have the doors not open unless you push/pull a mechanism at adult height. One of our children tested the doors a few times. He could get out, and we were attentive as we're all folks close to the door. Also the staff were super friendly. I mean, just wow, they were so nice, polite, happy, and upbeat. It was a joy talking to them.

2 months agoMy daughter (19 months) loves this place. We only come on weekday mornings when the bigger kids are in school and the place is almost deserted. It could definitely use a deep clean, as there are dust bunnies everywhere, but compared to other local play spaces it feels clean enough.

4 months agoHad My Sons Birthday Party there last week. we rented the 2 rooms for 2 hours. all in all the play area was pretty decent and does get very crowded. Pizza we ordered was good we got 6 refillable pitchers of soda, the Sprite was lacking the syrup so tasted like soda water but worse. Only bad experience i feel we had was our “Hosts” 2 girls, greeted us in the beginning and really never really seen them again. i had to go ask someone else if they could change the Sprite out for another flavor or fix the machine and bring us new one but no one never did. Only time our “Hosts” showed up was when i was paying for the bill and she stood aside right next to the cashier waiting . I was gonna pay for everything in cash but they are a cashless company so i payed with my card which wasn’t a problem at all. But The Hosts that was missing pretty much the whole time we rented the room for had the nerve to say to me that she can take that cash for her tip… which rubbed me the wrong way. first off I’m a great tipper, I’m from vegas and do work off tips as well… but u have to remember still its based on service so i tipped her accordingly to the service i received from her (which was more than she deserved). She would have gotten a much bigger tip if she actually did something.🙄 As a place to play for the kids its was pretty good. But for large parties i wouldn’t recommend it.

4 months agoGreat place for kids to play while you take a break and have some food and drink. We came for birthday party and the kids had a blast. Definitely want to come back again.
