Playland Indoor Playground & Café

I love bringing my two and three-year-old to this cafe. It's a place I frequently visit with my husband or other mommies. The atmosphere is very clean, and I always look forward to their delicious vanilla lattes and waffles! The staff behind the counter consistently greet everyone with smiles and work their tails off to serve us. The location is also low sensory which I appreciate as a former special education advocate. While the location is a bit cramped, I believe this is partly due to families placing their belongings on the tables, which can limit space, especially for those who are dining. It would be wonderful if patrons could utilize the cubbies provided to help create a more enjoyable dining experience for everyone. Additionally, I think it would be beneficial if parents could take a more active role in supervising their children and encouraging them to return items to their proper places. My daughter loves playing in the kitchen area, but it often seems empty. Parents joining their kids on the slide should bear in mind that they move all the balls when they slide down. My son hit his head on the back of the slide because the balls had been removed from a parent sliding down. I truly believe that creating a welcoming environment is a shared responsibility within our community. If you’re visiting, it would be wonderful if you could encourage your little one to practice responsibility. I also wish there were opportunities to explore memberships! Otherwise, great location!

We loved this place. It is so much bigger than you would think from outside the building. Once you get in and in the play area it's got so many levels with slides, swings, etc. I love how the second level has slides. My kids loved everything about it, the ball pit, slides, swings, etc. At first I thought the 2 hour play time was going to be a waste of money but I was wrong. We definitely got our money's worth within the first hour there. Everything was so clean. We will definitely be going back.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed space. The play area is a paradise for kids – colorful, engaging, and packed with fun activities like slides, ball pits, and climbing structures that kept my little ones entertained for hours. What really sets Playland apart is the attention to detail. The café is a lifesaver for parents, offering delicious coffee (the caramel Blondie and there waffles is a must-try!), snacks, and a cozy place to relax while keeping an eye on the kids. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always making sure everyone is having a great time. The environment feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of seating and space for families to enjoy together. Whether you’re planning a playdate, hosting a birthday party, or just need a fun outing for the kids, Playland is the perfect spot. Highly recommend to anyone in the Mooresville area or even beyond – it’s worth the trip! We’ll definitely be back soon.

This location is PERFECT for little kids. It is bright and clean and the staff is super friendly and kind. The snack and drink selection is awesome for adults and kids. We went on a Monday from about 4-6, and I highly rec doing that if you want to have a very small crowd.

Cute place for toddlers! I would not recommend for older than 4+ as it would bore them fairly quickly (IMO). Snacks, hot dogs & quesadillas, plus all kinds of beverages. Very friendly staff! They need to purchase newer cars for the kids that have more sensory things on them.
