Playtime KC

We just had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party there today and it was AMAZING!!! The ladies that work there are so kind! The atmosphere was amazing and the package that you can get for parties is also a great price! Our little friends had so much fun today! It’s so hard to find good places to take little ones and this was the best!

This was my church’s (The Mount Christian Worship Center) first time using Playtime KC. They were very professional! They arrived on time and communicated with me through the entire process which I appreciated so much. The crayon bounce house was perfect-no issues. They took care of everything. It was so easy. I also rented the yard size Connect Four. I would use them again 100%.

Had my daughter 2nd birthday here and it was wonderful. The little ones definitely enjoyed they self and didn’t want to leave. The staff was very attentive to our needs and wants and made sure we enjoyed ourself. Definitely will book again in the future

Great customer service skills! Punctual! Friendly! AND Black female owned! I loved that I could ask questions and received prompt, detailed responses. I love that I could make payments on my rental balance. The bounce house set up was quick and I appreciate they made sure the house was extra sanitized and clean for play. On a particularly windy day, I felt assured and was informed extra support was in place to keep the children safe. We’ll be in touch!

Playtime KC made my daughters first birthday so special!!! All of the little ones had so much fun and it made for some really cute photos! Not to mention they were wonderful to work with the delivery and pick up went so smooth!
