3 weeks agoNot a bad gravel trail if you have the appropriate bike. I can't see how one could get much enjoyment out of walking this though. There is zero tree cover, it's near a highway, and it's in a very uncared for neighborhood.

a year agoThis Park offers a brief escape from urban life. Despite the car noises due to the proximity of the highway , the serene landscape and few art pieces along the 1.4-mile trail create a charming atmosphere. With its potential, the park could become an ideal open-air gallery for upcoming artists. Overall, it's a delightful spot for a quick nature walk in the urban area.

a week agoI was just introduced to this hidden little gem. We were looking for a place to just get the dog some exercise and this was the place. It's not overly complicated a basic walking path with a few art pieces here and there but that's what I love about it. If for some reason the dog gets off leash you'll know where they're going since it's basically all fenced in and safe.

2 years agoIt kinda has a marsh, low wet land look to it which is unique for Indy. Great place for an easy walk. The highway is a bit distracting but overall it's a pretty peaceful place. The artwork that stands throughout the park is really cool. A lot of pieces that are fun to take picture with.

2 years agoHad the whole place to myself today! It was wet and chilly, but I did see ducks out swimming. I forgot my binoculars, so make sure to bring yours. The interstate makes it loud of course, but the juxtaposition of the flow of cars next to this working wetland is interesting, and the habitat is used so I'm glad someone did this. Could use some TLC with garbage pickup and such, I'm sure it's hard being by the interstate, and it's also winter so there's no hiding anything with foliage. I liked the seating and how some of the paths led down into the wetlands more. Very cute park though! This park won't be a quiet nature hike necessarily, but it offers its own unique experience, and the birds like it!
