Mall is fine most of the time. I mainly want to give the mall bunny pop up shop 2 stars because they rushed me and my daughter through photos yesterday and it was not a fun or happy experience. Now I can understand when there is a long line and they need to keep it flowing but I made reservations for 6pm and there was absolutely no one waiting behind us. Of course a 3 year old will have reservations about a huge bunny who makes zero effort to seem friendly or welcoming. Before we were even seated the woman working the camera was yelling "Look this way" etc. I really would have liked to had a more relaxed experience, one where I could talk my daughter through her feelings and try to make her more comfortable. I was very unhappy with my experience and because they rushed us so much they only got two usable shots. I felt like I was somehow inconveniencing these employees by participating in their offered service. A complete waste of money. Can I suggest getting a different bunny suit for your worker as well? It looked dirty and worn and the face of the bunny is off putting even to me a grown woman. Complete opposite experience in December with Santa but then again he smiled and welcomed the children gently. Lastly, I never got the text message with digital downloads that were promised.

We visited on a weekday, so it wasn’t very crowded, which made for a relaxing shopping experience. The sales associate who helped us was very friendly and professional. We were looking for a gift for a friend and ended up purchasing a Balenciaga card holder. The sales associate even thoughtfully gift-wrapped it for us in a cute package. There were also quite a few discounted items from Balenciaga and Christian Louboutin. Overall, a great experience!

Hey I would recommend not using these new air fresheners throughout the mall because it's making it nauseating to walk through there for a couple minutes.. we have all these food smells and then you want to put nasty chemical air fresheners on top of that? It's nasty and it smells disgusting . Just because a bunch of companies want to make money off these air fresheners does not mean that every mall and every new establishment needs to implement these.. these are actually very bad for your body and no wonder why they give you a headache and make you nauseous! Won't be returning until you remove them!

Nice mall- consistently clean and welcoming, despite the changing environment. Sadly, some recent shootings and criminal activity have deterred families and others from frequenting. They could use better and more present security. I visited the other day for the first time in 5 years. Not nearly the crowds as prior to the Covid pandemic.
