Powderhorn Park West Playground

Lots of fun, green areas and sun (specially in summer time) make sure you bring water and snacks there's no vending machines or stores near any playground.

We really enjoy the Heart of the Beast Puppet Show during the May Day celebration on the first Sunday in May. The park is large with a playground overlooking a small lake, walking paths, and lots of green areas. During the festivities there are vendors, food trucks, music, and more.

Powderhorn is a wonderful park. 4 separate playgrounds, 2 recently updated. New wading pool in the summer. Building has a gym, pottery studio, and a couple other rooms. Ice skating when weather permits.

It's a great neighborhood playground. We live walking to the park and playing here, walking around the lake, or playing on the field at the bottom of the hill.

Great park for my 2 and 3 year old! We come here a couple times per week.
