Came from out of town with friends. Purchased the wrong thing at the front desk (wanted arcade but got some hour pass) and got less points on our cards when he realized his mistake. The prices of the arcade machines are horribly high. You can go through thousands of points on your card in minutes. Some go higher than 50 per tap which is criminal. To make it worse some of the machines are clearly rigged and/or broken. The manager came by and said it was a "skill issue" and I didn't care to argue it. The prizes are also over priced so we barely walked out with anything. The hand sanitizing stations are completely out and I saw nobody cleaning anything the 2 hours we were there including the VR headsets. The tables had call buttons that didn't work for the restaurant and some even were torn off. Out of all the arcades I've been to in the world unfortunately this place was probably the worst. They decked out the place with (clearly) govee lights off Amazon but just like the terrible cable management, it can't hide the core issues. I don't foresee this company being in business much longer. It was a weekend evening and they were dead empty. Now I can see why. A lot of the positive reviews don't line up with locals feedback when I asked around so it's safe to assume they may be fraudulent. It's safe to say we won't be returning.

This place is awesome. Our 11-year-old group of boys absolutely loves it!

Love this place. Had my son’s birthday party there, he specifically wanted to go there because he had so much fun at his classmates birthday party there a few months prior. Food was hot and fresh, the whole place, even the bathrooms, were very clean, the staff was great and fun, the Nerf arena guy was fantastic with the little kids, we had plenty of time to play and hang out and never felt rushed. There were couches for the parents to sit. My husband and I don’t drink, but there is a bar there and I even mentioned how fun the karaoke looked. We will be back again!

Great customer service, clean, sanitary! Love the staff they are very friendly! My family and I had a wonderful time! We will be back!

I'm still not sure if I came here for my kids or myself. However, we all had fun! Very friendly atmosphere and is great for all the different personalities in your household, from the introverts to the extroverts. Every. Single. One. Of. Ya's. Will. Be. Satisfied. The have a place for the littler ones ( 1-3 or so year olds) and tons for the older aged children and there is a bar there as well for those that would like a beer or a cocktail while they watch their children run like the wild animals they are. 😅 In conclusion, go. Go and have fun. Be a kid again. You won't regret it. Your wallet may. But you won't.
