Pretty Princess Play Palace

What an incredible experience! Worth every penny!!! A high-end Princess party, without the trip to Florida. The girls had the best time. Great staff, great service, beautiful dresses 👗

I honestly don't know where I should start. Pretty Princess Play Palace exceeded my expectations for our daughters Royal Princess 5th Birthday party. From start to finish the staff was very hands on. Each of our daughters guest were catered to individually. They took their time and was extremely patient with them. Our daughter the celebrant was given the royal treatment. She felt and was treated like a Princess. The entire experience blew our minds. The girls had mani/pedicures. They chose their own polish from a rainbow of colors. Their was no limit to the different colors they wanted. Up next spa treatment, mini facial then lite makeup application. The eyeshadow and lip colors were glittery and bold. Perfect for our photos and the occasion. Their dressing room selection had more than 30 dresses to choose from. The shoe selection was super cute and beautiful. Now for the royal birthday room the gold chiavari chairs and the table setting was absolutely beautiful. The table was set for what felt like 20 little Princess and our party contained 4. So it felt very royal. The candy table was filled with cotton candy, candy, chocolates, popcorn, and more. The mini donut rack was so cute. The cat walk stage, was a place that you can walk and feel like a Princess. All the girls were able to walk separately to age appropriate music playing in the background. It was AMAZING. The bubbles the confetti blowing from the ceiling had me speechless. I cried throughout the party and even now as I submit this review. Henri-Olivia is my only daughter and she felt like a Princess. I can't thank the staff enough for making her feel so magical. She'll NEVER forget this experience.

This past Sunday we had our Daughter's third birthday party here. The ladies were prompt with starting on time with our princess as we waited for guest to arrive. The ladies were patient, professional, and understanding of the different age groups we had. Everything was decorated beautifully and the gowns that the girls got to keep were gorgeous. They offer the total package that can't be beat! I was able to enjoy the party and they took care of everything else. We most certainly will be returning and referring anyone we know!

After multiple attempts of trying to reach out to this business, I’m resorting to posting here so no one else gets scammed by them. We were supposed to attend a party at the end of August that was suddenly cancelled the day before due to “lack of sign ups.” We then immediately responded and asked for a refund since we wouldn’t be able to make the new date. Per their cancelation policy, we are able to be refunded should they move or cancel a party. Welp, almost two months later and no response after multiple emails, calls, AND a dispute with our credit card company. Do NOT sign up for their parties.

Totally over the top! exactly what we paid for. We will see you guys again for Aubrey's 6th birthday.
