Providence Kayak Co.

The ability to Kayak through the city of Providence is one that should not be taken for granted. I have some ankle issues, so being able to explore the city without using my ankle was a life saver for me. One of the most exiting things for me was going under Providence Place. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The boats were very nice, and I always felt safe while in them. I can't praise this place enough, as there were literally no downsides I can say here. It was as close to perfect as a place could be. (Date of Visit: July 27)

Easily accessible kayak rental. After randomly stumbling upon it, I was on a kayak in less than 10 minutes. The staff was super friendly and gave great advice on where to kayak and what to look for. They have a special promotion where if you pick up 3 pieces of trash you get $5 off your next trip. It’s a great way to save money and protect the environment. I would definitely kayak with this company again if I’m back in Providence

We had the best experience with them today! They were all so kind and helpful! Everything was set up and ready for us as soon as we got there! They have the cutest little shop across the street from the dock with handmade unique stuff! And the coffee there is AMAZING! The kayaks are new and so high quality and the staff at the dock made sure we were confident with kayaking and made sure we got on the kayaks safe, and even told us the best routes to go! You guys are awesome, couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Great experience. Views are beautiful and the staff are friendly. We even got $5 off our next rental because we picked up some trash we found in the canal. Would recommend for a day activity!

Fun for a quick trip. Nice views of Providence. Bring a towel, you'll leave with a wet bum.
