10 months agoWhere Do I start well as soon as you walk in the floors are filthy. And the lighting is terrible. I know where at the bottom floor but this place was so dim. The appliances has been there since I 1st went there back in 2010 for my ex friends sweet 16 it’s 2024 and 3 people I know had their events there since. This was embarrassing we thought the owner would at least mop the floor and update that nasty ran down refrigerator. And the bathroom is poor and it stinks each time I had to go there. One bathroom would lock you in and you will get stuck it isn’t a good bathroom at all especially for handicap. You can’t hang nothing up only with command strips like the walls are already destroyed idk why we couldn’t use thumb tacks but OK. And also the tables are ran down they don’t even get wiped down we had to do that ourselves. Just thinking of the place makes me cringe that’s how disgusting it is this Hall needs a lot of maintenance, with Patients, and a whole lot of Love but you get what you pay for the price was the only thing I was Happy about she should drop a extra 150 next time for if the customer agrees to mop and wipe down tables before or after event. This was just my experience and opinion

a year agoHad a poor experience with the cleanliness and state of the place. Bathrooms were gross, broken and couldn't even shut the door or lock the stall. Fridge was nasty (hall area) and in general just looked not kept up. 😐
