a year agoIf you're into a place to host a kid's birthday party, this option might work. Upon entering the doors, the staff was quick to greet and provide instructions. Kids are allowed to play consecutively in two different rooms. The party concludes in a room with tables and seating, where everyone enjoys food, refreshments, and of course, birthday cake and gift exchange.

2 months agoWent to a party here and it was awesome! The rotation of the rooms for the Children was well planned, and the timing just right so they didn’t get bored. The room for the cake/pizza was very clean and well decorated. Definitely recommend!!!

2 months agoI booked this place for my daughter’s birthday party. Place was great for kids 4-10, they had a blast… BUT the party was rushed, the owner or manager told our party host to get our party room cleaned up as quickly as possible due to another party being right after ours. We were in the party room for about 10 min before everything started getting cleared up and our entire party was rushed. With 45 minutes left of our 2 hours, we were basically being pushed out. I paid over $500 for the party and the entire thing was rushed. I expressed my frustration at the front desk when checking out and this dude had the NERVE to tell me it’s because it’s Super Bowl Sunday. Our party was set to end by 5 (Super Bowl kickoff isn’t until 6:30 and you had another party after ours) and by 4:15 they basically ended our party packed up the food and cupcakes while everyone was still eating, after an hour and 15 min. If you have a time slot and you’re paying for service, you don’t rush the customer, the little guy up front needs to learn a bit about hospitality. Absolutely unprofessional and his cocky “well I mean, it’s Super Bowl Sunday man” response will probably always have me telling people to stay away from this place for a birthday party, not worth your money or your time. Take your kids for a fun afternoon but never blow the money on a party, parents at the party were basically like “wtf?” lol go spend a little extra and book a party at urban air or something. Infuriating.

3 years agoSuper impressed with the staff, cleanliness, pizza, and fun environment!-they made my sons 8th birthday SO memorable! Everyone including the parents had a BLAST! We purchased the deluxe package and it was perfect. 2 hours was the perfect amount of time, the staff (Isabel and I other gentleman) were great with the kids and Isabell’s decorating skills were on point! I recommend adding the glow hour to the package, the kids went nuts. Definitely will get your money’s worth. I’ll be recommending this establishment to everyone! Thank you Pump it Up!

6 years agoGood place to take the youngins. We brought an 11 year old and a 4 year old for 1 and a half hours of fun. Plenty of inflatable slides, bounce pits, wall climbing, etc. The hope is they will be tuckered out and fall asleep easily tonight.
