Pump It Up Hanover Kids Birthdays and More

We booked a last min birthday party for my 2 year (the week of) and they accommodated our large party going above and beyond. They handled setting up all of our decorations, cupcakes, snacks and more. Everyone had an amazing time and I would highly recommend them!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had seen so many negative reviews and almost changed my mind, but I'm glad I booked this. It was a good solution for a 1 year old birthday. Most of the kiddie play places would bore the older kids, and the older play areas would be out of the little kid's ability. Pump it Up was a nice happy medium where kids of all ages had a blast. The caterers are all familiar with this location so they show up right at the time you're allowed to set up your room. It's all very organized! I'm very happy with how our day turned out for my son's 1st rotation around the sun!

WAY too many kids in a small place, absolute mad house and honestly dangerous. Water fountains don’t work, bathrooms disgusting. We paid for 2 hours and staid for 25 minutes (too long)

We had a good experience! It cost a bit, but we have 4 kids so that is the norm anywhere. Fun toys, ample space, great way to burn energy! Places to sit and relax for the parents. It is definitely worth if for us and we will be back, no doubt.

I truly enjoyed having my nephews 1st birthday party here. The facility is very spacious and the kids got to play in two separate arenas. There are also recliners and sofas inside of the arenas for guest to sit. I purchased the bubbles machines in addition to the glow in the dark sticks for the kids. The staff were courteous, professional, respectful and made us feel very welcomed! They respected our time and we’re always willing to help with anything from getting the items out of the car to transitioning from each arena. They even assist with decorations so that we could enjoy our time with love ones. They had party bins for the guest honorary to hold gifts, which was a tremendous help. The restrooms were clean which was a plus! Items that we forgot to purchase, they had there! The owner called 4 days in advance to make sure we were ready and to assist us with any questions, concerns we may have had. Overall I’m very pleased! ~Happy Customer!
