Wow this is the place to go for parents to have help and relax more to be present w your bday kid. We were guests for a party. The party attendants were not energetic (think a couple notches above doing the bare minimum), but they really kept the flow going. Pics are of Arena C

We recently hosted a party at Pump It Up Santa Clara, and it was an absolute blast! This location truly made a difference in the experience. The play areas were huge, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of inflatables to keep the kids entertained for hours. Massage chairs in all arenas for parents to chill out. The staff was fantastic—very friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the entire event. They handled everything from setup to cleanup, allowing us to enjoy the party stress-free. The private party rooms were spacious and perfect for celebrating after the kids had their fun. One of the best parts was how the event was so well-structured, with dedicated playtime and a smooth transition to food and cake. The kids had an unforgettable time, and the parents loved how hassle-free the entire experience was. If you're looking for a fun, safe, and energetic venue for a birthday or group event, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend hosting your next party here!

It’s a good place for children to have fun. It’s big, has bouncing castles and big toys, snacks and toy vending machines. Playtime is long, they hold both public and private parties. However, there’s also some drawbacks that need to be taken into account. What we mentioned is just for public sessions: - many toys need maintenance. Some of them are broken and unsafe. - staff look super tired. Our concierge, or the person who is supposed to be our guide, only led us to the venue and left. He didn’t stay to supervise. - there’s no first-aids available. My kid, 3 years old, was hit accidentally by an older kid who fell down, and got a bad nosebleed. I hurriedly looked for the staff only for them to hand me two bandages. I had no idea how to use bandages for nosebleeds. But, fortunately, the bleeding stopped after five minutes with the help of facial tissues that we always carry. Other than that, it was a memorable for my toddler because he had really fun time. He laughed and giggled a lot.
