Rage KC!

Great Experience, but Could Use More Variety We recently visited Rage KC for our twins’ birthday, and overall, we had a great time. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were set up for a fun and safe experience. We especially appreciated that they included additional items to smash for their birthday. Smashing things was definitely a great stress reliever! However, I would have liked to see a bit more variety in the items available to smash, as well as larger options to really get that adrenaline going. A similar place we visited in a different state had TVs, old VCR players, stereos, furniture, etc. With a wider selection, this place would be perfect. Still, it’s a solid choice for letting off some steam!

Made an appointment to go here with friends and we had the best time ever! I loved being able to write on the objects and throw them, and practice my baseball swing! ;) customer service is fantastic and they all truly care about you and your experience as well as your safety. Will definitely be going back!

This was my first time going to a rage room, and a group of us all went together. I just have to say I had the best time ever. There was no wait, they have a fun little lounge area to hang out if you do have to wait. They let you play your own music choices, and even have a phone stand to record your own videos or take pictures. You get to stay up to 40 min-hour, it depends on how long it takes you to smash stuff. Overall a really great experience and I can't wait to go again!

We pulled in and got confused where we were because there wasn’t very much signage but we had fun smashing things. Even not as rage based just the thrill of breaking things was awesome. The woman running it was super friendly and explained everything in great detail. Offered protective gear and everything. Even had a personalized plate for my birthday! Definitely will be doing again now that but learned it’s a little better when you have more people to go with.

So we didn’t actually get to go to the rage room, but the customer service is TOP TIER. Less than an hour after booking, we had a family emergency so I called and explained that I know our visit is non-refundable, but that we wouldn’t be able to make it in case they were able to open our booked time back up. The woman that I spoke with (not sure if she’s the owner or someone else who works there), but they offered to reschedule our booking. She was incredibly kind and understanding, and I was totally just expecting to take the L and lose that money. I absolutely cannot wait to go here! I certainly feel like a valued customer.
