Rainbow Playspace

This is a very cute neat play area for kids. Both my kids (6 & 5) enjoyed it. Price is also good depending on how long you want to stay. For us was $25 each with two adults for 2 hours. Additional adult $5.00. Bathrooms r very clean. Not wheelchair accessible though only stairs. They have small snack area. Overall love it and definitely recommended.

We had a birthday party and had a good experience. I’d recommend it. The space is appealing to the eye and since it’s still newish it looks nice and clean. As soon as our party finished, the staff brought out vacuum cleaners. Cathy, the owner, was responsive from the first day that I reached out to book a party. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my party because we got sick, and she was very easy to deal with. I had visited during a Saturday for open play so I knew that the entrance area gets really busy with people going in and leaving at the same time. Therefore, I requested a coat rack for our exclusive use during our party. Best idea ever - upon entering our guests had a separate coat rack just outside our party room to hang their coats and shoes. Much less stressful for our guests. They allowed me come in a bit early to decorate the cake table and one employee helped us decorate. The entire staff was sweet and helpful but since it gets busy they did look a bit overwhelmed at one point. We made sure to give them a cash tip at the end. The food we chose was pretty tasty - everyone complimented the party. And the most important thing is that the kids had so much fun that they didn’t want to leave. There was one incident at the beginning of our party. A special needs kid who was not part of our group was out of control. He was trying to enter our party to steal things and would attack whoever tried to stop him. His guardians were not helpful so after several complaints, I ended calling the owner to explain the situation and she asked them to leave because they were not following the rules of the space. I’m grateful she listened to us and helped avoid the the conflict from escalating. And after that one incident the party went back to being fun. She gifted us a return pass for our troubles. That’s great customer service!

Best playground I’ve been to so far!! It was clean and well kept , not to mention they have a good variety of set up so there’s something for all ages. The party room was very nice too because of the wall of windows. It’s spacious and bright! My daughter came with 2 of her buddies that was older than her and everyone had fun!! My daughter didn’t want do leave! Price is super fair for what you would get compared to other playgrounds. We would definitely make the trip from Queens again.

We go here often and the kids never want to leave. It is clean and spacious with lots of different types of play areas. There is also a cute cafe. We were so impressed we booked a birthday party here. Cathy was super helpful and made the planning process so much easier. Everyone had a great time and we were happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

The actual place is not bad, but… The workers give terrible attitude, barely answering the questions and rolling their eyes. They both were coughing, one of the visitors (before me) was really upset about that and said they should be wearing a masks, because they work with the kids! But front desk girl just rolled her eyes, said something to her coworker and sat down, just ignored everything. Also the place is super dirty. These new socks turned into this in literally 5 minutes! Have you, guys mopped ever at all??
