We ordered our playset for our son’s birthday, and had it scheduled to be installed on his birthday. Sure enough it turned out to be the absolute coldest day of the year. However, Alec and Shawn delivered as scheduled without complaint or delay in the freezing windy temperatures. It turned out so nice, and even installed with a suggestion to caddy it (great tip). I appreciate their efforts, this will be fun for years to come! Thank you all!

Indoor play grounds galore... What a great value and fun activity for a rainy day. We were invited to a birthday party here and it was great. Kids got to play, eat and celebrate. Easy to find, I felt my children were safe. They had bathrooms and handicap parking with easy access to the facility.

We are working with Recreations Outlet to get a pirate ship play-set for our new restaurant. The communication was great, we worked with Ryan and he is awesome!! They worked with our schedule, showed up on time and it installed within 3 hours our showing up! We are so excited to see the kids faces when they see our Pirate Ship Play-set at The Chill Out. Our experience has been a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for a play-set or anything else that they have to offer. We hope to expand and work with them in the future!

Rec Outlet just installed a new basketball hoop for us and even tuned up our trampoline when they were here. Love doing business with these folks! The sales staff are great, and the installers do a FANTASTIC job. Our kids love seeing the Rec Outlet truck show up!!!

This is a fabulous Company! We recently acquired a wonderful wall mounted Basketball Goal for our 5'7" 11-year old granddaughter who has a love for that sport. We live in an HOA that requires full approval so the process to gain that was a bit difficult. However the customer service provided was outstanding on that issue. Then, once the order was placed we had a 2-man crew show up for that install within the week -from Ohio to Indiana where we live. Both of those installers were skilled, pleasant and professional. We could not be happier and it really looks so nice over our garage doors and from our driveway. For our granddaughter it is a Caitlin Clark moment.
