- ⚠Lack of transparency regarding membership cancellation terms, requiring members to proactively ask staff to learn the policy.

a month agoMy teenaged daughter had an amazing day trip out to climb at red rock with guide Katie. She is expert, a great guide, and thoughtful in her planning for the day based on my daughter’s experience and level. Highly recommend and I hope we can go out with her again

2 weeks agoMy wife and I used the Red Rocks Climbing Guides to get out to Red Rocks and climb outdoors. We both climb top rope indoors often, but haven't been outside as much. Eric our guide was amazing, knowledgeable, and adapted our day to our skill level and interest. He took us to 3 different areas, and checked in frequently on how we were doing and what we wanted to do next. He was supportive, encouraged us to push ourselves, and gave amazing beta when we were stuck on the wall. Loved the entire day! Would 100% recommend!

2 months agoThis place is disgusting and they will steal your money. The bathroom looks like it's never been cleaned. If you're coming to town just get a planet fitness membership. The shower in here is so disgusting I bet you get sick if you use it. Like I also mentioned, they will steal your money. I canceled my membership today and the staff told me they would still charge me for the following month. Even though I canceled, apartently I owe them an extra month... There website doesn't state that, I don't see that rule visible anywhere. The only way you would know to cancel early, is if you ask staff. But who the heck is gonna ask that question when they become a member? And what the heck kinda rule is that anyways? Is it because they start processing the payment a few days early? Well then just refund the money.... but no. Instead, the disgusting and greedy owner will steal your money. Maybe it's because the staff just isn't smart enough to understand it, not sure... but the main point stands. The employees here will actually steal directly from you. Terrible place, go to the Refuge if you want a gym. Might retract this if i can get the issue cleared up, but i doubt they will refund anything.

6 months agoFirst time for my son. He absolutely loved it. After 90 minutes I'm sure his arms will feel sweet tomorrow. He and his friend had a lot of fun. So many options to choose from, long routes, short routes, easy, challenging, etc. I kind of wished I was climbing, but I need my tennis elbow to go away first. Employees were very friendly as well!
