Regal Edwards Boise

We went to see King of Kings today. The movie itself was great. However, I give this place a 1 star review based on their employees. There was one older lady behind the counter that was very helpful. The theatre itself appeared very lonely with very few people. What I did see was lots of younger employees looking very unkept, dirty, holes in ears and rings in nose...all looking as they did NOT want to be there and like they had deep mental issues. We noticed a younger man/boy pacing with a beard looking very angry and disturbed, three younger girls working the counter (one a possible manager as she was wearing a different top (light blue I believe). None of which wanted to help us until the older woman stepped in. The toilets was full of workers, and NASTY! One toilet had no toilet paper, and it just had to be mine!! Their was a skinny long haired boy working the door that just looked at us, then waved us in. No words, no smile, looking absolutely empty. I can remember the cinema was once a great place to meet with friends, always clean, the workers were always curious, friendly and impeccably dressed. It was a place you wanted to be and were happy to spend money. NOT Today!! To whoever owns this cinema FIRE ALL YOUR STAFF IMMEDIATELY! The cleaners, the ushers and start with the manager, or the managers manager!! Then have all those construction workers use the restroom outside in a porta-potty!!

This is specifically for the IMAX theater: The seats are small and crowded... And- bro you can NOT see the row numbers. If you are trying to find your seat at all, get here early I guess? I dont think they're even marked?? SOO hard to find your seat!! Also the guys in front of us smelled like BO so maybe they should require showers before entering?? Just a thought 🤷🏽‍♂️ but 4k was very nice and audio was bumpin🎵

Clean theatre. I appreciate the clean bathrooms and lobby, etc. Great picture, no problems with sound, screen, etc. It actually happens where the picture doesn't look right. Popcorn was ok, but I was kind of disappointed. #1 issue. All you Pepsi drinkers will be thrilled, but I was so disgusted that they didn't have coke products!!! Oh, no diet coke!!! Whaaaat!!!!!

Stadium seating, very clean, a lot of ppl. I went on Xmas day. I'll definitely be attending more often

Beautiful movie theater. Will visit many more times. As of writing this review, tickets on Tuesdays are only around $7 and popcorn is discounted too if you are a regal rewards member. I would not recommend seats G15 and G16 in auditorium 3. There is a pole in the line of sight to the screen.
