Regal Marketplace @ El Paseo

Don't go to this theater. They are taking advantage of humble people who are not complaining. Because Clovis sold out of tickets, we made the mistake of going to Regal Marketplace by Herndon Ave and 99 North. 1. A/C HEATER. The administration does not turn on the heater. They are expecting the request to turn it on. This is an intentional practice to save money. However, it is too smart or tricky. Why do they have to expect the complaining? This act of omission does not work for me. I asked the administrator why they were not turning on the heater? The auditorium was cold; everyone wore jackets, and my legs were cold. The administrator answered: You can request to increase the heater. Request? Why? The heater must be on all the time. Why do people need to request it? 2. Bad seats. We were seated about 8 seats from the stage. The reclining seat was the minimum. It was not ergonomic, and there was no lumbar support at all. My body was in a "C" form. The support was empty from the middle of my back to my lumbar area. It is a horrible position if my back has no support while my head is forced to be forward due to the head of the seat. The plastic cover of the seat makes it very cheap. I was expecting the end of Moana2 to be away from this cold and painful seat.

I am a very disappointed with the service and profiling my boys received while planning to go to the movies today. I was told they they were profiled for age however I have never received this issue with my daughter and her friends. Young black and Mexican boy dressed comfortable for the movies. Ashley spoke down to them and spoke to me in a very very very unprofessional manner in which I had to remind her to stay in character as a professional. She snapped at me rolled her neck and kept saying that’s fine while speaking in a demeaning way.

I've had 2 separate bad experiences with car theft and vandalism. My friend's tire was stolen while at a movie here. Then just today, I went to see a 2 hour movie. When I came back to my car, my back tire had a screw in it. The good thing was that I have safety locks on my tires. They need to put cameras or have security at this place because this isn't coincidence. I won't be coming back here and telling everyone to stay away from this theater.

I live at the movie theater so had to visit on opening day. Very cute theater. It had opening day jitters but the facility is cute. You add your own butter on your popcorn. No more box office. They have a bar as well. Cute seats but not too comfortable. They don't recline but you can lean back a little but not full recline. Cute modern vibe.

This was my first time going to this movie theater on New Year’s Eve to enjoy a movie with my family. I was very disappointed how dirty it was when we got to our seats. There was dirty, napkins, popcorn all over our seats, nacho containers on the floor sodas left candy in the soda cup holder. For my first time coming to this movie theater I will not be going again. I guess it’s not important to clean after each movie.
