The guys in the shoe department were very helpful. They must have brought out a dozen pairs of shoes for me to try on. I did become a member, buy a pair, and order a pair to be delivered. I didn't feel rushed or like a bother. The gentleman, a veteran, seemed to really want to help me find shoes and hiking boots that worked for meand my husband. Great service.

REI is my favorite gear store by far. They only sell the highest quality products. The perks are pretty good if you join the Co-op benefits rewards program. It’s a onetime fee of $30. It is well worth it if you shop for this type of gear even occasionally. You get coupons and rei-cash back.

Never again! Was about to spend a few hundred dollars and because I could not find my membership in the system they would not let me buy without another membership… Even though they could see my other family members in the system. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Amazing staff helped us find the best hiking boots. I'm hard to fit. Measured my feet. Super patient. Probably tried on 10 pairs. Definitely recommend
