a month agoThe employees are always really helpful at this location. On my most recent visit, I was shopping for my first multi night backpacking pack, and I didn't really know what to look for. Noah helped me find the perfect backpack for my needs, patiently assisting me while I tried out several bags.

2 months agoKeith was so helpful! I needed some different shoes because I was having some issues with my arches, and he helped me figure out it was a stability problem and set me up with some Hokas that I can already tell fixed exactly what I needed! Best customer service with low pressure

a month agoHave a bike? Bring it here! Awesome - friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been bringing my bikes here for maintenance and parts for years. The staff in the bike service area are helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable about all things bikes. They will build your bike if you get it online, including e-bikes, and they have a child’s bike trade-in program.

2 years agoI went to REI for the first time. My children love buying hiking and camping products from REI and have a well worthwhile membership to earn points and money back at the end of the year. They have a bike shop located in the store for repairs. The service was good. They have many different products including bikes, tents, sleeping bags, shoes, dried foods, watches, jackets, clothing, canoes and many more items.
