Tadd is an amazing bike mechanic. He took time to figure out what was happening, although it was not easy. This is also a great store and always a wonderful shopping experience. Much better warranties than the industry standard as well.

Had a great time shopping at REI! Walt and Chris helped us out! Walt gave great suggestions to my husband for his camping chair and Chris gave great suggestions for water shoes. They had everything we were looking for and they are great quality. It was so sweet when we checked out at the end the cash register gentleman went over the walkie talkie and told Walt a good job because he helped us join the co-op. I just loved the positivity!
