Greeted as soon as I walked in, Alice was very courteous and offered to help me find some things. She presented the membership clearly, and not in a pushy manner, even checked the back for an out of stock item. I worked in retail many years, she's exemplary.

I brought my daughter in to try on Rick climbing shoes. One employee quickly stepped in to point us in the right direction. She introduced us to Michelle, a veteran rock climber. Michelle was amazing. Kind, patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The person who checked us out was also very kind. What a wonderful shopping experience.

If you are looking for any type of outdoor gear, then REI is the place for you. They carry everything from clothing, canoes, bikes, shoes, camping gear, you name it they probably have it. I go here all the time even if I don’t need anything just because I love looking at all the items they have. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely check this place out!

Went on for some shoes and the knowledge the store associates have about their products was unbelievable helpful. It was a major expense but when I left the store I felt confident that I had the right shoe. It was my first time shopping there and it left a great impression on me.

They provided quick, professional, and friendly service, addressing my issues with ease. I was in and out in no time, and they made the whole process seamless.
