This location has good products, but the staff is not very knowledgeable. I went in looking for a camel back or a hydration pack. I asked multiple employees who proceeded to show me back packs. I assumed they heard me wrong and went on to explain a hydration pack is a pack you carry on your back that has a bladder and carries water you can drink while biking or hiking. They continued to point me towards the backpacks. The store only had one camelback in stock and it was kids size. I was shocked that they sell mountain bikes but no hydration packs. This store would really benefit from hiring employees who are actually outdoorsy and do outdoor activities. These people had no clue, therefore I couldn't trust any of their advice and I am skeptical about taking my bicycle here for repairs.

Love the extense variety of good stuff for camping, hiking, bicycle, and general outdoor activities and many other sports. The attendants are savvy and super polite, they really helps!! Unique brands, quality stuff, super good prices, found some specials for shoes, jackets and shirts I couldn’t say no. And Brad the cashier was really nice and professional that we even bought the membership, we’re hooked up for life. I’m coming back for more and rhe store is really recommended!!

I love this place. Staff is always helpful, place is clean & neat. In the last few years, they have also extended the selection of brands, which is nice to see . You can find anything from used / returned products in good shape & and a hefty discount all the way to high-end japaneese brands. Loyalty / rewards program offers nice 10% back every following year for everything you purchased in the previous year. And the Sales.. There is always something you always wanted to get with a good discount a few times per year. It is my to go spot for all camping & hiking necessities. Highly recommend!

Went to return an item we bought at another location. The staff was very nice and friendly. Easy return. We ended up browsing and buying their 650 fill down jacket that were on sale. Definitely worth it! Store wS well-stocked, clean and staff were helpful. Great sale prices too. Will definitely return here again.

We had a really bad customer service experience. What made it so bad was that the manager wound up defending the actions of the employee even though the employee was apologizing to us because he knew that he was in the wrong. Basically, I and my sons were next up to check out, so we went up to be helped. We told the cashier that we wanted to get a couple knives, so we went over to the knife section and he unlocked them. Then we walked back to the cash register to check out. After we walked back, some attractive female was standing there to be next in line. So instead of completing the transaction and checking us out, he decided to let that woman cut in front of us. I get it. He was thinking with his lower brain, and perfectly willing to allow her to cut In front of a male customer, but it was totally inappropriate. After that, I went back into the store to convey this to the manger, but he acted like it was some complex mathematical equation, like he was trying to multitask or something. No, he just let someone cut in front of us. It’s not complicated, and all the manger did was try to defend his employee’s inappropriate actions. What a jerk! Btw, this event took place at approximately 1:30 pm on December 26.
