REI

I like the REI products especially their online store. The rochester REI has very large space but sort of limited goods compared to the space. The organization in the store itself was also strange with no clear aisles and markings.

Always a great experience and nothing but positive things to say about this location. Exchange and return policy is always upheld. Store is organized, clean, and staff are present and helpful. Shout out to Katrina for helping to return my hat that I left there last week when I stopped in to buy climbing gear! They shipped it to me and saved me a 45 minute drive each way!

Kyle took care of my bike at REI. He was professional, generous with his time, patient in explaining the workings of my bike, and REI’s adjustment policy backs the repair for another 30 days. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Very happy with the touring binding mounts I had done in the ski shop. Reasonable turnaround time too.

Decided to take up skiing this winter so I need everything. Went to this REI and started with the expensive ski jacket section. Needed help but couldn't find any associates. Finally found one and asked if he could make recommendations. He said "I don't know much about ski jackets just regular winter jackets". He didn't offer to find someone to help. I tried one on and he just walked away! So I walked away as well without out purchasing jacket, pants, gloves, poles...
