REI

Customer service is pretty bad! My husband and I went to REI last night, hoping to purchase a pair of hiking boots and a pair of running shoes. When we arrived, the salesman was assisting ("chatting with") a couple of gals, so we patiently waited for him to become available (15-20 minutes). During that time he did not acknowledge us whatsoever, even though it was obvious we were waiting for assistance. When the gals left, he immediately offered to help another young lady who had just walked into the shoe department. At that point it was obvious that we were not the type of people he enjoyed helping, so we left. Unfortunately now we need to find another vendor to purchase our favorite shoes from, because we won't be going back.

a very large and extensive shop with mountain equipment and more. an exceptionally large selection of bikes for a mountain store - REI. there is also a large palette of shoes for climbing, cycling and mountain hiking. the store also has a climbing wall inside but I am not sure if it is open to customers. Very nice lady selling and other sellers were very cultured - RECOMMEND.

I came in looking for new ski boots, and Garrett was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to answer our MANY questions and made sure I found the perfect fit for my specific needs. His expertise and dedication made all the difference and I left with a boot that I love that has the features I need! Outstanding service—highly recommend!

We haven't been to REI in a long time. Had to stop in this time and browse around and buy a few things. The staff was friendly like always. I want one of those REI e-bikes. I wish they would come out with an REI e- recumbent for us folks with disabilities.

Love this store. I mostly come here for backpacking meals, they have a great selection and always have iso-fuel etc in stock. Can't beat their warranties on gear either 👌
