You can't find more knowledgeable or kind staff elsewhere. They spent close to an hour with us, and helped us pick the best gear for long hikes. I just love coming back to this store even when I'm not planning any outdoor vacations :)

I found everything I needed for my camping trip and more. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Plus, the friendly and passionate staff made the shopping experience even better. I left the store with a big smile on my face and all the gear I needed for my outdoor adventure.👍🏕️🚵‍♂️🏔️

No one to help. Even in a quiet shop. Claimed they are too busy. It was going to be a quick bike purchase. We just wanted to try the bike out to make sure it was a good fit.

Great experience at REI-Sunnyvale. From Andy and Demetri in the shoe and ski boot department to Roxanne on the main floor to Sophie at the registers. All associates were super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They all played a part in the quality shopping experience that my mother and I had at REI-Sunnyvale. I would definitely recommend this store for all your outdoor sporting needs.

On Sunday, April/6th, at 6:24pm, we waited at the purchase line for almost 45 minutes, for the first 20minutes there was no cashier, I asked someone to keep my spot at the line up and then went around found an employee, told them about the situation, they asked someone to come to the till, after a few minutes, a lady ran to the cash and she told other coworkers that I was doing sth, idk what! Anyhow, and them after that we waited for an other 15minutes and I gave up, didn’t purchase and left!!!!
