2 weeks agoI would not recommend this gym if you need any type of flexibility. I signed my daughter up after a free trial class, we miss classes and when I tried getting them rescheduled the options for classes was very limited. When we missed another class I let them know we were going to be missing class, they didn’t bother to message me back or even acknowledge the message. I called and left a message asking to get the make up class scheduled and never got a response. I decided to unenroll my daughter due to the lack of flexibility, communication and class options, the office really didn’t seem to care the email I received back was very generic saying they hoped we’d return in the future. Then I decided to call and let them know about the reasons we were leaving and the woman I spoke with seemed to be understanding and want to make the situation better I waited days to hear back from them about getting classes made up never got a call back. We were supposed to continue classes until the end of the month but after the lack of accountability and communication I decided to not return at all, I called the office one last time hoping to get some kind of resolution only to be met with more excuses and to be told that they had too many student to be chasing me down to get make up classes scheduled.

2 months agoMy son wanted to try out gymnastics. I found this place. They did a free trial class, which was nice! The second we walked in, we were slapped in the face by the yucky smell. It’s seriously nauseating. It’s like stinky feet paired with I don’t even know. It’s just gross. And the waiting area is a cluster when classes get over and you’re waiting for one to start. But my son ended up loving it so we signed him up for twice a week so he could get a good workout in twice a week. After the third time we went, we switched it to only one day a week, as my husband and I couldn’t stand being there. We continued to take my son because again, he loved it. This last time we took my son, we decided we are just done done. The class is not structured. You can see your child on a tv screen they have. Whenever it would pan over to him, he would be sitting there, or screwing around doing his own thing. There was also some other kid constantly in my son’s face, my son kept trying to move but he would follow. Again, no structure. If you want day care for an hour, this is your place.

4 months agoMy daughter has been going to rising star for the last month. We did a trial then signed up. Going to class every Saturday at 10am Attending class with Miss Amber just to receive a text message last night that my daughter can no longer attend the class. Why? Because they didn’t realize that my daughter was in the 10am class and it’s a waitlist. It’s sad that I have to tell my daughter this after she has made friends. I wouldn’t recommend this place for your kids. They are unorganized. Like how is there not a head count for attendance. And for this to be a kids center I would expect more.my recommendation for anyone reading this is choose another gymnastic center for little ones.

3 years agoMy daughter has been attending classes at Rising Sky for almost 6 months now - she LOVES it! They also hosted her birthday party which was a lot of fun! We had private use of the gym where the coaches kept the kids entertained with an obstacle course, games, and free play, followed by food (brought by us) at the tables they set up in their large lobby area.

a year agoMy 3 year old loves this place! I just started her about a month ago and now placed her in 2 classes per week. They let you do a trial class which is super convenient. The owners are super nice and one of them (Miss Kristen) is the coach for my daughter’s classes. She is so patient with the kiddos and is able to control the classes well. My daughter has so much fun here! Parents are able to watch their kids on TVs in the waiting room area. I highly highly recommend this gym!
