River Street Ranch

This is a really wonderful shopping and dining development that has something for everyone. 90 min parking is free if you validate and that's plenty of time to scope it out. However, if you have kids you will probably stay longer because the green park in the center and the petting zoo are huge draws. Plus, the restaurants are plentiful. I wish my Aunt was alive to see this to completion because it's a wonderful addition to a lovely area. Highly recommend a visit 👌 👍 👏 😀 😊

Even though this place had a lot of children playing, there is really nothing for them to do. A majority of the restaurants are bars that cater to adults. The only thing for children was the river street petting zoo, which in my opinion was kind of expensive ($10 children and $15 for adults, and they charge for every ride and excursion). Be aware that the parking is $2 an hour.

It's a great place to take your little one's! However, the reason for the minus 2 stars was that when I spoke with a couple of the employees, they couldn't accommodate my son's medical disability. Sadly, my son missed out on a key animal engagement along with the train ride. Therefore (for the parents), if your child has some type of disability, be prepared to hear the employees to turn you away and look elsewhere for your child to enjoy the petting zoo.

Super fun. You can pet the Guinea pigs! Great place to bring kids, or unleash the kid in you. Also, nothing wrong with just disconnecting and reflecting while petting a tiny, hairy piggy!

Great spot to hit if in the area with the kids. There's a small petting zoo, a mining area, rides, play area and mechanical excavator play area that my 8 year old loved. That kids get to control the arm and dig up sand. Make sure to fill out the waiver in advance where the tickets are purchased to avoid waiting too much
