a month agoUnless your doing a party package not worth it. Took my daughter and my niece. Lots of employees watch the kids but rarely help them up out of hard areas. I inquired about an all day jump for 25.99 and was told that only starts at 8pm for the glow party. Not what's advertised on your website. Physically showed our socks up front said the non slip black and green socks. Then was told when they only had 15mins of jump time left they had to have other socks and were kicked out until we bought their socks. Ended up paying more then half the price for a party package. Not worth it.

a year agoHad my daughters birthday party here. Heather the manger went above and beyond help us. She answered everything we needed. She made sure that our cake was taken straight back to the fridge so nothing happened to it. She made sure our pizzas came out at just on time. They were hot and ready. so our very hungry birthday kids got it fresh. They absolutely made my daughter's 10th birthday the best yet. Thank as always to our friends and friendly rock n jump can't wait to book more parties to come. Definitely bringing my future business to this rock n jump.

a month agoThe staff harassed my 6 year old to tears about having the proper socks. I understand your sock policy but that discussion should happen with an adult. Saw them harassing other kids about it as well. We have been long time customers and will never be back. Plenty of other options out there where the staff is not like this. The manager refused to talk to me about it saying he was too busy and pawned me off to a kid/employee that couldn't help. Avoid this place. Waiting on a phone call from management but was told he was on break and couldn't talk to me on the phone. 4/1/25: Made several attempts via email and phone and have not had a response from management. 4/2/25: For the record they did have jump socks on that were not purchased that day. Regardless had a employee approached me instead of my 6 year old things would have turned out much differently. I would have purchased new socks no problem. Your manager did call me and I did receive a email. In short it stated that you have a strict no refund policy. If that is the case I will just take this up with the BBB.

2 years agoWe brought the rat pack here to burn off some calories turkey dinner and steam after a nice Thanksgiving day. This place is nice and new and part of a greater chain so you kind of know what you’re getting if you’ve ever been to Rockin jump before. But after you’re in you will notice this one’s good have the size of the ones I’ve been to in the past which doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad thing. And I would definitely recommend you ever been to one of these places you bring in the old socks that they give you because these guys will charge you for a new set. All in all I’d give it a double thumbs up if you’re in the local area it is a good attraction to get the kids to burn off some steam.
