3 months agoMy family loves this small, multipurpose and multilevel park. It’s great for a picnic lunch, or just to sit and enjoy the fresh air and view. It also has a clean, small public beach that is a great summer alternative to Edgewater and Huntington Beaches that can be overcrowded on nice days.

8 months agoBeautiful park! My niece and I made breakfast under the pavilion. Then we enjoyed the bench swings overlooking the water. Very nice park! We were a little bummed that there is no swimming allowed but we did get our feet wet!

10 months agoSome nice features in the park including the view, many benches in sun and shaded areas, deck with seating overlook of lake view, playground, beach access with stairs. Small stairs to access small beach area, but it is not very inviting looking… largely beach trash that needs a cleanup and was a bit smelly the day I visited. No swimming at this location. I recommend this park for a nice read or lunch on a shady bench towards west side of park. Very steep ramp for handicapped access to lower park area near playground.

2 years agoNice little park. Love the swinging benches to the right side as you head down the stairs from the parking lot. There's a nice bench on an overlook to the left as well. The parking lot definitely fills up at sunset on nice weather days, so get there ahead of time.
