Roger Rocka's Dinner Theater

I'm a season pass holder so we see basically every show. The food and appetizers are usually delicious. The cast is fun and does not disappoint.

First time visiting! A pure delight. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say, about our experience. From check in, wait staff, quality of food, to performers, everything was wonderful. Actors as good as Broadway, and the food is unexpectedly delicious. I eat fine dining regularly and had prepared myself for so-so mass catered food. Boy was I wrong! Hats off to the chef! What a gem in the Central Valley! The added bonus are the adorable kids that shine and dance before the play begins. Wow! What talent.

Went there for my boyfriend's birthday last month. It was his first time there. We did dinner and a show. Purchased tickets from the box office and was in and out super fast. They offer veterans discounts, which is nice. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, website made selecting everything super simple, and it gives you the option to select any special accommodations necessary, as well as if it's a special occasion because they do little shout-outs. The food is great and the price is very reasonable.

First and foremost I would like to say all of your performers were absolutely amazing I was stunned by all of their performance hats down to everyone, you did such a wonderful job however who didn't do a good job would be your server by the name of SARAH ( tall light brown Caucasian female mid to late '50s) I am extremely upset. My son who is visiting for the holidays took my minor child to see one of your amazing shows. Unfortunately they came across the most horrifying experience anyone could be in. Sarah belittled him and talked about how she's never seen a credit card with an expiration date with the one he had also said she's been working there since 1997 she knows everything and begin to Badger him about his form of payment method. In FACT HE PAID AT FROUNT DESK FOR 2. This was extremely embarrassing not only for my son who was the one paying but also for my minor child this is her first time she came home traumatized and said she never wants to come back. I feel so bad because this was supposed to be a wonderful Christmas experience. The food was absolutely amazing the performance was perfect customer service from everyone was amazing however if your worker by the name of Sarah has been truly working there since 1997 like she said maybe it is time for her to retire because she was extremely rude. Or I would highly recommend her taking a customer service course on how to treat her customers. Also someone needs to talk to her about things that are unknown to her should be handled through a manager. Instead of her arguing with a customer implying that they're lying, She should perhaps say, "hold on I'm unfamiliar with that type of payment let me get my manager" Sarah is unprofessional and this will not be my last post I will make sure I let everyone hear my voice Oh and I want to add i spent over $200 I should not have had this experience this is a luxury location that should have gave me happy feelings but instead they both walked away confused on why they were treated this way. I am beyond pissed but most of all I'm hurt. But I do want to add that the food was absolutely delicious the show was amazing the customer service with Sarah was extremely embarrassing an unprofessional.
