Room to Bloom

I sent a message directly, hoping to avoid posting a public review but received no response. This play space is filthy - not just a little dirty as expected with little kids - but filthy. There is no way they clean on a regular basis and the toys, etc. in the space are mostly worn down or broken. The floors mats are also uneven and kids were tripping. There are fun slides which is unique compared to other nearby indoor play areas but they are also dirty. Don't waste your money or risk your child's health - the level of dirt warranted a prompt response.

I’ve been to almost every children play place around the area, consistently for 8 years. this is by far the dirtiest I’ve been to. Why don’t you deep clean your facility? Look in any corner there is a pile of dirt, my socks are brown, there is no way they are sanitizing. The slides were fun for my toddler, so 2 stars.

I recently visited this indoor playground, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. While the space offers lots of fun activities for kids, the cleanliness was a major issue. The mats throughout the playground were worn out and in desperate need of replacement, and the floors were sticky. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with overflowing trash and a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The changing table had debris on it, which was quite off-putting. It's a shame because the playground could be a fantastic place for kids, but the lack of maintenance and hygiene definitely impacted the experience. I hope they address these issues soon.

This place is great… when it is open. Their hours are so inconsistent although they post they are open on their webpage for a drop in hours 9-12 every morning. I would not recommend buying a gift card for anyone for this place. I have shown up three mornings in the last month and they have been closed.

I don’t think I’d give 5 stars. It’s a nice spot staff are nice but I almost tripped on the floors a few times the floors are warped/ bubbling so it’s easy to trip on. It looks like they don’t clean the best compared to other places in the area. I think this will be our last choice if other play areas in the area are busy for the day.
