a month agoRound One was really fun! My 9 year old and I played one round just to try it out! The atmosphere was calm, not very busy at the time. They had rollers to help kids bowl, bumpers and all around was a fun experience. Was a little pricey ($20 for 1 game). They should really have a cheaper option for noon on a weekday. I think more people from the mall would be in there, if it was $20 to play for 30 mins. We didn't eat any food, but I will update this when we go back. They also had an arcade attached. I'd get ready to spend about $75-$100 if you want to bowl, eat and play in the arcade. But we just avoided the arcade. Definitely will go back, but I hope they lower their prices so they can stay in business.

3 weeks agoThis place was decent on prices when it opened up 2020 then Prices went up just went yesterday and they went up even more 30 dollars will get ya about 10 plays maybe 13 if you play the cheap games. I do like they are upping the inventory of games. BE WARNED THE CLAW MACHINES ARE A LIE they do NOT work don't waste your money I read that in other peoples comments but wow they are a sham. Especially the little ones so cute but the claw is not strong enough to lift push or anything.

2 months agoAmazing experience at Round1 Vancouver! 🌟 I had such a great time here! The Vancouver location is super clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. There’s so much to do—bowling, arcade games, pool tables, and even karaoke. We spent hours here, and honestly, it didn’t feel like enough time to try all the games. The arcade has a nice mix of classic and new games, and I loved that they have some exclusive Japanese games you can’t find anywhere else. Bowling was fun too, the lanes seemed well-maintained and the lighting was cool. Overall, it’s the perfect place for a fun day with friends or family. The atmosphere is relaxed, and there’s something for everyone, no matter your age. Highly recommend it!

a week agoThey increased the price on everything by 2 or 3 times at the prize corner. Tickets are worthless now. The kigurumi were 4-6k tickets just a week ago, now 8-12k. The 300 tickets shirts are now 1k. They never reload the card coin pushers like Gold Railroad or Castlevania. Other Round1s would put a few cards on the field every morning. But here the machines are always empty. Avoid playing the old, big Japanese claw machines (they have a few at the front). Those would often get stuck or spin randomly. Expect to swipe at least 15-20 times at the box pushing machines. The push force is non-existent on those. The plush pushing machines are also rigged beyond belief. I don't think they adjust the machines based on the plushie, so some plushies will not move whatsoever. The staff here is very nice though.

2 months agoI would say it's fun to go to round 1 if you wanna play arcade games or winning plsuhies from the crane machines. I visit round 1 sometimes if I get bored or check things out but it can be pricey but have skills if you wanna go to take plushies for win or win tickets from there, which is fun. I won plenty of plsuhies and proud of it and it's fun still. Recommend weekdays or weekends but it's fun and have skills for it.
